General rules for betting and game play

These rules apply whenever you use our betting, casino, live casino and table game services. They should be read together with the terms shown in your account, the cashier, the relevant game and any bonus terms that apply to your play. If a game has its own rules, those rules explain the features and settlement of that particular game.

Your account and your responsibility

You may hold and use only one personal account with us. You must not open, operate or allow another person to use an additional account for you. Your account details must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for all activity carried out through your account while those details remain under your control.

We hold a gaming licence and may verify your account, identity, age, payment information and source of funds where required. You must provide information and documents that are genuine, current and readable. We may restrict account access, delay a withdrawal or suspend play while required checks are completed.

Real-money and bonus-balance play

The balance used for a bet or spin is identified by the system and may be shown as real money, bonus funds or a combination of balances. The balance rules, including any order in which balances are used, are shown in your account or in the applicable bonus terms. You must not treat bonus funds as cash that can be withdrawn unless the relevant conditions have been met.

You should check the stake, number of lines, coin value, bet type and any selected feature before confirming play. A bet or spin is accepted when the system confirms it. Once accepted, it is final and cannot normally be changed, cancelled or withdrawn. An amount shown as pending is not necessarily accepted until the system confirms the transaction.

Age, lawful use and safer play

Our services are for people aged 18 or over. You must use your own account, your own payment method where required, and the services only for lawful personal use. You must not use play to conceal the source of money, avoid an account restriction or assist another person to gamble.

Deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools are available through the relevant account controls. Use them before depositing or playing if you want to set a boundary. If gambling is causing concern, support is available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline.

Check before you confirm

A confirmed bet or spin is final. Take a moment to check the stake, game, selected options and balance before you press the button to play.

How bets and spins are settled

We settle each accepted bet or spin using the rules and records of the relevant game system. The result shown by the game server is final for settlement purposes, subject to the malfunction provisions below. Your account history, the game display and the applicable game rules may show the stake, outcome, return and status of the play.

Game rules and paytables

The in-game rules and paytable apply to every round. They explain winning combinations, symbols, features, multipliers, qualifying bets, maximum returns and the way a round is completed. You should look at the rules and paytable before playing, particularly where a game has several bet types or optional features.

A displayed return is calculated in accordance with the selected stake and the paytable in force for that game. A game may show different results for different stakes, lines or table options. Only the options confirmed by the system form part of your accepted play.

Return to player information

The return-to-player figure is shown in each game where that information applies. This figure is a long-run statistical measure and does not predict the return from an individual spin, round or session. It does not guarantee a win, a particular frequency of winning outcomes or a particular amount returned to you.

Random outcomes are not adjusted to compensate for earlier results. A previous win or loss does not make a future outcome more or less likely. You should base your stake decisions on the information displayed in the game and the limits you have chosen for your account.

When a result is complete

A round is complete when the game server has determined the outcome and the applicable win or loss has been recorded. Some features may take time to display after a connection interruption. If the round is still open, follow the instructions shown when the game reconnects. The final recorded status, rather than a temporary screen message, determines settlement.

If the amount shown in the game and the amount recorded in your account appear different, do not place another bet to correct the difference. Keep the game name, approximate time and round details, then contact us so we can check the relevant account and game records.

Malfunctions and interrupted games

A malfunction can include a software error, display error, communication failure, incorrect game response or other technical problem that affects the operation or settlement of play. If a malfunction occurs, all pays and play connected with the affected game or round are void. This applies even if a win, balance change or other outcome was briefly displayed before the issue was identified.

A technical problem with your device, internet connection or browser may prevent you from seeing the outcome immediately. Closing the game or losing your connection does not by itself cancel an accepted bet. If the game supports reconnection, the disconnected game will resume or settle when you reconnect, in accordance with the game server record.

If reconnection is not possible, the round may settle automatically or remain pending until the system can determine its status. The account balance and game history will be updated when the status is available. Do not repeat a stake because a result has not appeared; a second bet is a separate transaction unless the system confirms otherwise.

If we identify a technical error that affects a balance, bet, bonus or return, we may correct the account record and cancel the affected play. Where an amount was credited because of a malfunction, that amount may be removed. Where your balance was incorrectly reduced, we may restore the correct amount once the affected transaction has been checked.

What to do after an interruption

  1. Wait for the game to reconnect or for the status to appear in your account.
  2. Do not refresh repeatedly or place another bet to replace the interrupted play.
  3. Record the game name, approximate time, stake and round reference if one is shown.
  4. Contact support if the result or balance remains unclear.

Rules for bonus play

Bonus funds must be used in accordance with the bonus terms shown when the offer is made available or claimed. Those terms can set out eligibility, the qualifying deposit, the period for use, wagering requirements, restricted games, maximum returns, withdrawal conditions and what happens if the bonus is cancelled or expires.

The bonus terms in your account apply to the relevant bonus. You are responsible for reading them before accepting or using bonus funds. If an offer is not available to you, attempting to claim it through another account, payment method or device does not make you eligible.

Maximum bets and game contributions

A maximum bet applies to bonus play where the bonus terms state one. The maximum includes the stake and any amount selected for a feature or additional game option where the terms say that it counts. Placing a bet above the stated maximum may make the bonus and associated returns invalid, subject to the applicable terms.

Games may contribute different amounts towards a bonus requirement. Some games or features may contribute partly, while others may not contribute at all. The contribution information shown in the bonus terms takes priority over a general game description. Changing the stake, game or feature does not remove the contribution rules.

Keeping bonus play separate

Bonus funds and real-money funds may be displayed separately so you can see how your balance is made up. A win generated during bonus play remains subject to the bonus terms until any stated conditions have been completed. A withdrawal, cancellation, account restriction or self-exclusion may affect unused bonus funds and any associated returns as set out in those terms.

We may remove a bonus or associated return where it was awarded in error, obtained through misuse, or used in a way that breaches the applicable terms. We will not treat a normal losing result as a breach simply because the result is unfavourable. If you believe a bonus balance has been applied incorrectly, contact support with the bonus name and the relevant transaction details.

The terms shown with the bonus apply

Before using bonus funds, look at the maximum bet, eligible games, contribution rates, expiry conditions and any withdrawal requirements displayed with that bonus.

Live casino and table games

Each live casino and table game has its own help information. That information sets out the table limits, available bets, betting periods, dealing procedure, settlement rules, side bets, payout limits and any special features. You should read the game-specific rules before joining a table or placing a bet.

Dealer decisions and game records

The dealer follows the rules of the table and does not decide outcomes at personal discretion. Dealer decisions made during a hand, round or game, together with the game system record, determine the result. If a decision is not visible because of a connection or display issue, the recorded table result remains the basis for settlement.

A live table may show the dealing, wheel, cards, timer and settlement status at different points. A visual delay does not change the official result. Where the game rules require a dealer to act in a particular way, the dealer will follow those rules. You cannot request a different deal, spin, card or settlement after the result has been determined.

Betting periods and late bets

Bets can be placed only during the betting period shown by the table. When betting closes, late bets are not valid unless the game-specific rules expressly provide another treatment. A bet must be confirmed by the system before the betting period ends to be included in the round.

If the table appears to accept a late bet because of a display delay, the system record and the table rules decide whether the bet was accepted. A bet that was not accepted is not entitled to a return, even if the displayed outcome would have produced a win. Do not rely on a click, animation or sound alone as proof that a bet was accepted.

If a live table disconnects, reconnect to the same game where possible and wait for the round to resume or settle. The game may complete without further action from you. Any affected result remains subject to the malfunction provisions and the specific rules shown at that table.

  • Use the table help before selecting a bet or side bet.
  • Check the displayed limit and stake before confirming play.
  • Place bets only while the table shows that betting is open.
  • Wait for settlement before leaving the table or starting another round.

Disputes, account records and support

If you believe a bet, spin, live table round, bonus transaction or account balance has been settled incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible. We will look into the relevant records, the game rules, the server result and any information you provide.

Information to include

Write to support@vaycasino.co.uk and include enough information for us to identify the play. Your message should include the game, the time of the bet or round and the round reference where one is available. Also include the stake, the amount shown, what you expected to happen and any error message that appeared.

  • Game or table name
  • Date and approximate time
  • Round, hand or transaction reference
  • Stake and displayed outcome
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots or other relevant details, where available

You can also use the live chat on the site. Do not send your password, full payment details or security codes in a dispute message. We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the account holder and to protect your account.

How we handle a dispute

We use the accepted bet record, the game server result, the applicable paytable, the table rules and the account transaction history when considering a dispute. A screenshot or temporary display is useful context but does not replace the official record. If the issue concerns a malfunction, we will also consider whether the affected play and pays must be void under these rules.

Please continue to keep your account details current while a dispute is being considered. We may limit further play on an affected game or account while we establish the facts. Any adjustment will be made to the relevant balance or transaction record once the position is confirmed.

Keep the round details

The game name, time and round reference help us find the correct server and account records. Include them in your first message where possible.
